The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) Climate Action & Clean Energy planning team will be holding an Advisory Board meeting on Wednesday, December 14^th from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at PVPC offices in Springfield, Massachusetts. The meeting will feature a  presentation of findings by a UMass graduate students on how to calculate a regional Greenhouse Gas Inventory and best practices for local climate change adaptation.
