This indicator helps us to understand the success of workforce development training programs as they provide workers with the skills to acquire jobs.  Success rates of the employed individuals who completed development training programs quantify the need for these programs and foster their continuation and growth. Additionally, having successful results is a method to increase enrollment in these programs as citizens see the successes of those exiting workforce development programs
